4- Today (Monday, February 2) is our first day in Beijing.ArticleOct 11, 2024
My name is Ira. I'm a student. I'm studying foreign languages at university, and I can speak English and Chinese. Since my friend and I are studying Chinese, we are going to China during the holidays to learn about Chinese culture and practice spoken Chinese. Andrei said that we can sign up for a language school in China. Pejia found a school, so I bought a plane ticket. Katya booked two rooms at the hotel. Once we got our visa, we set out. Today (Monday, February 2) is our first day in Beijing. Monday, February 2 At 2:10 p.m., we arrived at Beijing Capital International Airport. What was my first impression of this? What's here: an airport or paradise? At 2:30, we went through a passport check. What's going on with this? Is this a passenger queuing up? We approached the counter and stamped it. The border police are very friendly. He asked me what country I am from and what was my purpose in coming to China. I answered in Chinese. He is very happy that I came to China to study Chinese. After two minutes, we went to pick up our luggage. At 2:50, we picked up our luggage and headed to the exit. I love it here. I asked my friends if they liked it or not, and they answered that they liked it too. Where is the express train station? The express train stands downstairs. We went downstairs and bought an express train ticket. Since we are students, the tickets we bought were not expensive. At 6:10, we arrived in Beijing. Since we were tired, we wanted to find our hotel to rest. Beijing is big, so we used a map to find hotels. We can call it, but we have a map, so we'll walk.

1 - Who is Albert Einstein? (second version)ArticleAmetaRindex1-11Feb 08, 2024
Albert Einstein (/ˈaɪnstaɪn/ EYEN-styne;[4] German: [ˈalbɛɐt ˈʔaɪnʃtaɪn] ⓘ; 14 March 1879 – 18 April 1955) was a German-born theoretical physicist who is widely held to be one of the greatest and most influential scientists of all time. Best known for developing the theory of relativity, Einstein also made important contributions to quantum mechanics, and was thus a central figure in the revolutionary reshaping of the scientific understanding of nature that modern physics accomplished in the first decades of the twentieth century.1 His mass–energy equivalence formula E = mc2, which arises from relativity theory, has been called "the world's most famous equation".[6] He received the 1921 Nobel Prize in Physics "for his services to theoretical physics, and especially for his discovery of the law of the photoelectric effect",[7] a pivotal step in the development of quantum theory. His work is also known for its influence on the philosophy of science.8 In a 1999 poll of 130 leading physicists worldwide by the British journal Physics World, Einstein was ranked the greatest physicist of all time.[10] His intellectual achievements and originality have made the word Einstein broadly synonymous with genius.[11]
